I have installed the same Bluetooth device on different computers (5 unique devices) running windows 8.1, and windows 10. They all work directly, and do NOT require additional drivers.

Now I have done the same on 3 windows 7 devices, however two of them keep telling that the driver cannot be found (one windows 7 pc works!)

The problem

(2) When I go to properties, it says: 'De stuurprogramma's voor dit apparaat zijn niet geïnstalleerd. (Code 28)' -- the drivers for this device are not correctly installed. (Code 28)

(3) From the windows 8.1 and windows 10 PC's, I can see which driver is required: 'Microsoft - Bluetooth Device'

(4) When I try to manually assign this driver on the windows 7 PC, it does NOT exist. 'Microsoft - Bluetooth Device' is NOT in the list of 'Bluetooth Devices'

Suggestions have been done to install 'Microsoft Windows Mobile Device Center 6.1', this however does not solve the problem: it does not install the driver.

Both Bluetooth adapters install correctly (using the driver CD)

Both adapters PAIR correctly with my Bluetooth device.

With both adapters I cannot find the driver 'Microsoft - Bluetooth Device'

How can I install 'Microsoft - Bluetooth Device' which is required for my Bluetooth device?
